Really nice piece of history here. All original Preban OA93 AR Pistol.
Reasons why it may make more sense for you to choose preban a AR pistol over a Preban AR SBR (everyones needs/wants are different)
1. Not subject to NFA registry. - NO $200 tax stamp, NO 9 month wait for approval, NO need to ask for permission from the FED govt to cross state lines(need to with an SBR), NO need to engrave the firearm with your personal info and ruin it, NO trouble to sell if you decide to in the future, its as easy as any other non NFA item...that enough reasons yet?
2. Disclaimer ***not legal advice*** but... since this is a pistol, you are able to carry it on your person/travel in vehicle under your control with it loaded. SBR are still rifles and subject to transportation laws, aka unloaded and locked in a hard case/compartment.
3. Very Rare...SBR AR are a dime a dozen. There are only a handful of OA93 in existence. This will appreciate in value with time, just as all collectible firearms do.
4. Show off at the range and make others jealous lol
