After this experience I agree 100%. Reason being it is mad expensive and I knew I would not be waking up early after 26 hrs of work from Thursday morning through Friday evening!What you should learn is: with bigger cuts it takes tons time longer. 10-14 hours. Probs my why I tend to do ribs or chicken more often than butt or brisket.
So having dinner ready Q means starting at 4 or 5am.
