Smith Corona 03A3/ Swedish M38

Had the old girls out for a quick clean today. Thought they deserved a picture. I love them both.

I have a Smith Corona 03A3 and love it! Need to take her out soon.

I've had a couple, but I prefer the original M03 and the sights everyone but me seems to hate. Never did well with the naked blade front sight that has no "wings" like the Garand or Carbine. I think it's pushing a year since I've shot it.

Mine is an "oddball;" incomplete serialed RIA receiver, finished by Springfield in 8/1931. I was going to shoot my S/42G Mauser today, but put up the outside Christmas lights instead.
