Smith and Wesson recall on M&P rifles?

has any one heard any thing about a recall on M&P rifles because of rear site failure? I ordered an M&P Sport at Four Seasons in Woburn MA and they said it would take a couple weeks to ship. Well its now been 6 weeks and not only can they not tell me when they will be in they cant tell me what the hold up is. but a friend told me there was a recall on all M&P rifles so S&W is scrambling to get them all back, fixed and shipped again?
