SIG vs Rex Zero 1 - Mud Sand and Dirt Testing

The reviews have been good on it... but for the money, I can't justify it.
1. I wish they had a non safety version
2. I worry about the longevity of the brand.
3. For the price, I think there are better options

He acknowledges that it is not truly scientific testing. He retests with an MK25 and it has similar results but better than the Legion.

Barrel longevity? Most pistol barrels last like 100k rounds -- is there an inherent issue with these ones, like manufacturing wise?

Not necessarily the barrel, but I'd worry about them being in existence in the future for any warranty work. Also, how many after market manufacturers will make accessories (mags, holsters) for it.

I mean for 650 I can pick up a new sig on Black Friday which I will again. I like the rex because I like sigs but I wish they came in around 450
