Most of the p series legions are great, but that product is very mature overall.... as well as mpx and other shit like that.Have they released a new product in the last 10 years that has not been subject to a recall or redesign? Serious question.

The Virtus has been OK, but the original MCX’s did have a safety recall: Sig Sauer MCX Mandatory Recall . Surprisingly enough you can no longer find any reference to it on Sig’s site.Their MCX/Virtus has been solid as far as I know.

Anyone know a Sig employee with good things to say about how the company is run?
F-you for making me suffer through a Nut-N-Autism video.
Any of them have anything good to say about how the company is managed?I knew a few Sig employees.
I said knew, because while I still know them, they are no longer Sig employees.

Even the p series legions had issues at first with their pvd coating being wonky though. Most of the p series legions are great, but that product is very mature overall.... as well as mpx and other shit like that.
That echoes everything I've heard from Sig employees.I have not met a single person that worked there that lasted more than like 3 years. Either they get forced out or they leave because they're sick of the BS.
Yup. I've got one and that was my experience. It shoots really nice though.Even the p series legions had issues at first with their pvd coating being wonky though.
Or sometimes,Trigger issue
When cocked and in battery, manipulating the bolt causes it to fire
Ever see the one where the 50 bmg sheers off and sticks in the guys delt... that looks rather unpleasantOr sometimes,
it won't fire on trigger pull,
but it does fire on trigger release.
Another way to put it is,
it frequently doesn't fire on trigger pull,
and if it doesn't fire on trigger release,
just jiggling the bolt causes it to fire.
Didn't think to look about whether it fires
when the bolt handle is on the way up,
or the way down,
or sometimes one vs. the other.
Imagine if you can get it to fire
when the handle is all the way up,
with the lugs completely unengaged.
Not as bad as out-of-battery spraying you with brass,
but maybe almost as bad
(bolt recoils into your cheekbone?)
