Sig Mosquito Slide Stuck Closed

I was cleaning my Sig Mosquito this weekend and somehow the slide has become locked in the closed position. I was running the slide back and forth making sure it was well lubed and then it locked shut. The take down lever is in the open position and won't rotate back around to locked.

Any ideas on what would be preventing the slide from going back?

Are you sure the slide is completely on the rails? I have done that once or twice in the past, put the slide back on the frame but somehow missed part of the rails which can freeze movement.
