18 shots @ 500 yards (with the iron sights, havent tried it yet with the scope), the 9 was a sighter . for reference, the X ring is ~ 5" across.

Thanks, sorry for the delayed response, haven't looked at this thread in a while. The pictured mag holds 10 rounds, I don't use that mag much, run the 5's instead.

Marlin 2000L, First target rifle, and carried me through NRA junior shooting to my college rifle team. Since then it has been moved to squirrel dispatcher.

Walther KK200pm. Used this in my last two years of my college rifle team. Normally does not wear scopes.

When I go hunting I use my Marlin .444 (stock photo) with upgraded ghost ring sights.

I like it a lot better than the traditional wood stocks. My school had a bunch of Anshutz 1913s in wood, and this was just so much easier to adjust to my needs.

remington 700 police, HS precision stock w/ aluminum v-block (bedded in Devcon steel), Atlas BT15 1913rail up front, Atlas BT10 bipod, Badger 20MOA base, Leupold Mark4 LR/T 8.5-25 sitting in lapped Badger rings, Karsten cheek piece, Tubb speedlock aluminum firing pin and +power spring. quickie paint in ultra-flat forest green (figure it's gonna be a field gun/shooter, no safe queen, so I don't particularly care if it gets scratched/dinged/dented/whatever)

all that's left is to send the bolt out to Phoenix Custom Rifles for a new knob and a bit of strengthening...and she'll be ready to roll

(test targets are 3/8MOA or better)
