No. The CLEO only signs off the first time, and that's
it, assuming that one doesn't go the trust/corp route, which requires
no CLEO notification whatsoever.

That's just the view from the federal side. OTOH, since you've also got an LTC, state law requires you to notify the CLEOs in your old and new locations as well as the MSP.

Yes, Ken, that is true, but that's a base-level requirement for
any LTC (and FID? forget offhand) license holder, and it doesn't
have anything to do with what the other posters were alluding
to, which is "special" gun-specific notification relevant to
SBRs. EG, my point was there is no special letter required
saying "Hey chief possiblyantigun, I'm moving into your town with a
federally registered SBR" or anything like that. [laugh]
