Short (18") barrels permitted at trap ranges?

Hey all- just had a discussion with some people on another forum about using a short barreled shotgun for trap and skeet. Now, setting aside for a second whether or not it's ideal, I'm curious for those who know if ranges like Holbrook and Hanson expressly forbid you from using an 18" barrel on their trap ranges.

I have never heard of a rule on barrel length.

Most of the clubs I have shot at require at least a 26" bbl.

at our club, there is only a restriction on shot size.

Barrel length is irrelevant. If you want to shoot Trap with a short barrel that's fine. A cylinder bore is not the best, but I've seen it done. If you have a full-choke in an 18" barrel, you should not be at a significant disadvantage, balistically.

If nothing else, you'll get noticed!

The club I used to work at had a minimum 21 inch barrel length.
