The thing is, it need to be focused towards the criminals, not the people of Boston.

I would like to know when they are going to learn, that only Criminals are the ones breaking the laws. So the more laws that keep firearms out of law abiding citizens let more criminals have them....

Menino has proven that his overbearing gun laws have no impact on criminals. But instead of being proactive he will continue to blame his incompetence on guns. The guy is a total asshat.

He's right. They don't belong on the streets. They belong in holsters in the pockets or on the belts of honest citizens. Or maybe in pocketbooks of those who use these. But they don't belong on the streets.

So, the next time you are walking around and see a poor lost gun on the street, pick it up and give it a proper home. It will thank you.
