New York City police are seeking a suspect who opened fire on an apartment building on Sunday.


Shocking surveillance footage from the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens shows an individual carrying a pistol and wearing a mask typical in post-COVID society.


The suspect appears to enter the courtyard of a brick apartment complex and level his firearm at targets on higher floors before discharging multiple rounds.
