Shepard Smith out at Fox News

As for Juan, I'm not a fan, but I understand he needs a paycheck too, and someone is willing to write one.
Anyone see that brutal interaction between him and Greg Gutfeld ???

If they need a replacment for Shep, someone they can really hate on, let me nominate Chris Hahn.
He's a master level douchebag extraordinaire:

Probably had his head stuffed in a toilet too many times back in high school.

The way Shepherd Smith acted the night of Trumps election was repugnant. I had to check and see if I was actually on Fox News. He should have been gone a long time ago...

The hate was because anyone on Fox who isn't 100% MAGA TRUMP 2020 f*** YEAH 'MURICA! must be some communist plant, as far as Fox News viewers are concerned.

There's still Cavuto on Fox Business, and Judge Nap makes the occasional guest appearance over there. Other than that, the entire network is about HOORAH. Zero news reporting.

Shep was an actual journalist. Fox fans don't want actual journalism.

That was my feeling on it as well. I liked him, probably more than any other "journalist" they have. I do like Tucker too. Can't really tolerate Hannity.

But to act as if Trump is free of criticism and to demonize those who disagree... that's just stupid. That's the kind of shit they have in North Korea. Not here. Fox just got a lot less "fair and balanced" IMHO...

I want the NEWS and the FACTS and I'll make up my own mind. I don't want opinions presented as facts or news. We already get enough of that from the President.

He's far better than Hillary or any lib. But let's not pretend that he doesn't think he's above the law, has a very loose relationship with the truth, and has done more to harm 2nd amendment rights than Obama ever did. Bump stock ban and confiscation anyone? Plus he's just a beacon of morality too. Who else isn't banging porn stars while his pregnant wife sits at home... But nah,,,,, he's our guy so....

What laws has Trump broken, and what facts has he been loosy goosy over?

Every judicial ruling that Trump has lost, he obeyed. Obama just ignored federal judges with impunity. Say what you want about who he banged, he is actually the most law abiding president in a long time. How many journalists did he target with the FBI, the IRS and the NSA. The answer is zero. Obama used those agencies to intimidate many journalists who were critical of him. All proven. Trump just calls the propagandists out for what they are.

Laws that he has been loosey-goosey with?

Banning and confiscating bump stocks absent any law or authorization from Congress to do so.
Refusing to comply with Congress's record requests - including his tax returns (fishing expedition or not, their role is oversight and the President must comply)
violated Wisconson election law by speaking and soliciting votes at polling places during the election
violated campaign finance laws by using money from his campaign to pay his business debts.
violated campaign finance laws by using employees of his business to work on his campaign
Violates the constitution by supporting red flag laws under the banner of "confiscate now, due process later"

But fanboys and rump swabs gonna be fanboys and rump swabs.... so. Ya know, we'll just pretend those little inconvenient truths didn't happen.

.....and I could go on.... How about purgery when he lied about hush-money payments to Stormy Daniels?

1 for 6. Maybe.

Sorry bud, but thems the facts. Still considering all of that, I hold my nose and vote for him. But the man is damn far from the perfect dear leader some here make him out to be.
No bud those are your spin not facts. And no one here will confuse me with a trumpster. We also have something in this country called the separation of powers. For a start.

And you're making my point and you don't even know it. The President is not above Congress or the laws they pass. And it's not spin, it's supported by hard evidence. It's not hard to find and confirm either if you bother to look. If you're not even willing to look, then you ARE a Trumpster and just have your head in the sand.

1) Bump Stocks - was a douchebag move the NRA recommended to him
2) Tax returns are protected, private information, it is illegal to make them public without the citizen's permission. His tax returns have nothing to do with anything, which is why all but the liberal, leftist activist judges in NY and DC have said the Congress can't have them. The Supreme Court will finally put it to rest. I don't see Nancy or Chuck providing their tax returns, and they have gotten mighty rich as poor public servants.
3) Wisconson, bullshit
4) He can pay anyone he wants out of his own pocket to work for his campaign, this is America, his campaign was to a large degree self-funded.
5) when he signs a red flag law, you can bring it up and I will mourn with you, but until then, how is that unlawful?

None of what you said is against any laws. Just because you don't like him, you should try and stick with facts and rational thought.

Stormy? When did he say anything about Stormy Daniels while under oath? factoid, in order to commit purgery, you have to be testifying under oath. He said she was paid by his lawyer, it happens every day. In fact, the US Congress has paid off something like $15 or $30 MILLION to staffers for sexual harassment cases, all in secret, and they used TAXPAYER money to do so. Trump banged a porn star and paid her to keep her mouth shut out of his own pocket, which is perfectly legal. I detect another case of TDS.

I would recommend you do a little research, start with actually reading the Constitution, some more on separation of powers. The President does not have to comply with unconstitutional Demonratic Congressional moonbattery, They have no right to interfere with the administrative branch for political purposes. If they really did have a reason to impeach Trump, they would have brought the vote to the House, and they wouldn't have had to make up all of these deep state fictitious psuedo-crimes to roll out through their propagandists on CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, the NYT, and on and on. Imagine if the state put you on trial, told you that your accusers would forever remain secret, that you would not be able to cross-examine them, verify their veracity, determine if their information was credible, or if they had reasons to lie for their own personal ends. And then you were convicted in the court of public opinion, all without ever being able to defend yourself. You wouldn't be very happy, especially if they ruined you, and put you in prison. You want that to be the norm here? That is why the Demonrats want red flag laws in the first place, to bypass due process and take all of your guns away. But you are glad to turn the other way because in this case, they are doing it to Trump, and you don't like Trump.

Good bye Shep we don't need you. In fact we have Fox NEWS on almost all the time at home and one of the only times we change the channel in the afternoon is when his show is on. We need Juan, if there was no Juan who would the other four on the Five ridicule, laugh at and yell at. Juan makes the show just a little more entertaining because his comments are so out of touch it's as if he lives in a alternative universe and his comments are always one sided and race driven.

Those are far from facts. They are co equal branches of government, POTUS does not answer to Congress. He has every right to withhold whatever information he likes until the legal appeals process is exhausted and we’re not there yet. Congress can do the same if POTUS makes demands for information from Congress they do not deem lawful or appropriate. The notion that he must turn over information to them on demand because they have oversight is absurd.

There is no perfect leader. Trump has tried to keep his promises. Unfortunately the left fights him on everything. I don’t care what he did before he was president. I care about what he’s trying to do now. He won and will win again because he isn’t presidential. He has a huge ego, most people like that do. The country is better off now than it was 3 years ago. Trump isn’t perfect, who is? He does seem to genuinely care about the country and our soldiers. What did any president before him do with the VA? Timeline | President Donald J. Trump's Accomplishments

Fox News must have seen some value in Shepard Smith's reporting - $15 MILLION in value - because that's what they were paying him per year! And if he managed his money right he could retire at 55 and do whatever he really wants to do.
