I went to Walgreen's and bought some cheap shampoo a while back. But I think it gave me split ends. I'm going to try some new fancy shampoo. Maybe something with conditioner in it. Like Pantene Plus. None of that Suave crap. No sirree. Not on MY hair.

Is this off topic enough? [twisted]

Yeah I hear ya, I hate jock itch. But happy hour is mint.

I'm having my own personal happy hour. Just got home from work and I'm posting on NES and drinking some Canadian brewskies.

Canadians are arrogant buttwads. A religious leader there was raggin on Americans, then I told her I was an American and she got all flustered.

Damn hinge-jawed Canadians!!

Nothing like ball dusting. Baby Powder makes some with aloe and vitamin B in it.

Gold Bond Powder for the jock itch. [wink]

I hear that the green bottle for that...blue bottle for the feet.

I like the gold bottle myself. I just put the bottle back on the shelf a minute ago.

I'm self-medicating with a bottle labelled "Talisker" at the moment. In case it doesn't work, I've got some Laphroaig and Aberlour as backups. If all else fails, there's the Herradura Selección Suprema. Trust me, I'll be just fine.

Now I'll know which NE Shooter to keep my beer away from. Just kiddingg, SR, nice to see someone else appreciates REAL beer. Labatt's for me, Maudite when I'm feeling rich. Maudite is 8%.

Oh no need to apologize- I definitely recommend hiding any beer that you don't want me to drink.

I may be a woman, but first and foremost I am an Irish-American woman... My granddaddy would be proud.

Oh yea...and I'm proud to say that I turned her onto one GREAT Irish beer while she was in Canada....

Only because I think the Irish and the Canadians make the best beer...with the English in third.

I have to say....my beer favorites are..

Irish:
Kilkennys
Guinness
Beamish
Murphy's

Canadian"
Sleemans
Carling
Rickards

English:
Youngs
Boddingtons

You like the darker stuff.

I spent a total of 8 years in Germany. I'm also 1/4 German (to go with the 1/4 Irish, and 1/2 English).

I think the Germans make the best beer. But then I like the lighter (looking, not strength) stuff. I'm definitely a Pilsner person, therefore Labatt's.

The sad thing is, there is only one place in the US to get drinkable German beer. The Catskills, at a German resort. Know what the Germans call their crappy beer? Export.

Yes, pilsners are lighter on the palate, and if I remember, are from the lager family. Lagers, which are cold fermented, unlike ales that are fermented at room temps. They are good, I just find more pilsners to be more bland...but I do drink them.

It's been a long time since I've brewed beer...so I'm a little rusty. I know that there are home brewers on here. I've seen them post about them. I think that they can tell us more about this...

I'm cursed. I love Single Malt Whisky but I'm diabetic.

On the other hand, I make a good thing last.

Current open selections include:

Jameson 12yr 1780 Irish Whiskey
Glen Merange 'port finish' 12 yr Scotch
Seagrams Grown Royal bottled in 1965 (contents is roughly 50 years old) SMOOTH

Irish-American, another redeeming value. Orange or Green?

Brown! I don't choose sides. I'm Irish Catholic on one side and British Protestant on the other. The way I see it, whoever has the beer, I'm on their side!

SR shows her vast talent for diplomacy. [lol]
