Personally I think they should have waited until the veto option had passed. As it is, all they need to do is veto the resolution.

I'm really sick of people using 'god given' and constitutional in the same breath. God did not give us the constitution! I think half of the people using this phrase think the 10 commandments and the constitution are the same thing!
