Selling firearms out of state

Hi everyone,

I am a resident of Massachusetts and I had a question about selling firearms out of state. Are we required to report firearm sales to an FFL in another state or does the Gun Transaction Portal only apply to transactions made within the state? Thank you.

Yeah, I think it was literally last week...you can sell to an FFL and there is no requirement to report the transfer on an FA-10, but make sure you get and keep a good receipt from the FFL. We are not your lawyer, etc....
