Selling Ammo in Mass

Can I as a LTC A sell the ammo that I have left over (after selling my .38 special)? Can I sell it to someone in CT?

I probably should have used the 150 rounds at the range

Shouldn't be an issue as I don't think there's as strict laws on ammo sales in Ct. Someone may want it here though!

In MA you need an ammo dealer permit. The law appears to be rarely enforced, my guess is the state ignores the one off guys selling ammo to other people that have an FID or better. I would just meet the buyer out of state, frankly.

The rest of new england I don't think ammo sales are regulated heavily. I'm not aware of any laws in CT, NH, VT, ME, or RI related to possession and sale of ammunition.

To the OP: As the others have said, no go in MA, and I am also unaware of any prohibitions in CT.
