I know you have to ship a long arm to a purchaser out of state, but what do you have to do as far as FA-10's when shipping a gun out of state to an FFL for purposes of selling it?

I believe somebody posted in another thread - that the FA-10 system has no provision for transferring a gun out of state.
Be that as it may - I am in the process of selling a couple of AR lowers - and I will possibly be selling some rifles - and I plan on using the online FA-10 system to enter the info for the out of state FFL that I will be shipping each of them to.
If the state decides to record it - or not - it's up to them - I want the transaction on record so if they come back to me later I can say " here it is aholes - I don't own that any more"
