If I wanted to sell a gun to an FFL in another state, could I just drive the gun to the FFL? I know it is legal to send it by UPS, but it IS legal to just drive it there, right?

If I can send a gun by UPS to a FFL in NY, why not just drive to the the FFL?

NH & VT you are gtg. I don't know the rules in PA but if you are can posses it there then FOPA should cover you in your interstate travels.
