I live in Massachusetts. If I wanted to sell a gun to an FFL in another state, could I just drive the gun to the FFL?

I know it is legal to send it by UPS, but it IS legal to just drive it there, right?

Can you as a non resident posses what ever gun in these states?

NH & VT you are gtg.

I don't know the rules in PA but if you are can posses it there then FOPA should cover you in your interstate travels.

I have a LTC for PA.

NOT NY.

So can I sell in PA?

How about NY if I go directly to a FFL?

If you can't legally possess it in your destination state, then FOPA doesn't apply. AFAIK, there is no exemption for delivery to a dealer for sale.
