Seattle Begins Gun Confiscation Without Due Process

I'm confused. Article says he was diasrmed without a warrant and that police came back with a warrant after he refused to disarm voluntarily? I am by no means giving .gov a pass, just pointing out contradicting information in the article that probably has relevance. That, or I misread it.
