Scope mount

Going to order the monte carlo stock for my mosin nagant soon. Going to need a scope mount, any suggestions on a good mount and even a good scope for it? Also will I need work on the bolt?
Looking at this one that sounds simple enough but has plenty of mixed reviews

I have considered a scope opption for one of my MNs for a while. I already sent a bolt out to have the bent bolt installed. So far the few people I know who did the bolt on turn down bolt kit ended in a crappy weld job to keep the thing in place or from cracking around the mounting hole.....heres where I went http://www.mosinnagant.net/Boltman/Boltman.html

As far as mounts. I tried some of the mounts that go in the rear sight. I did not like them. I had little luck finding a decent high relief scope with out a small investment.
The only other scope mount I have seen in person was a Rocksolid brand scope mount which normal scope can be used. They had it put on by a gun smith.

I personally have decided if I do go with a scope mount to go with the side rail type mount.
