Step one toward getting my LTC should be completed next Saturday, January 30th!

Thanks guys, looking forward to it.

Mike-Mike, class is not at 8am. Convinced some friends and neighbors to take the class as well but they wanted it close to home.....so I scheduled an in home training.

Like SAF said, even better. There aren't enough of us here [party]

Well, I think the other thing that is encouraging about more women carrying is that it seems to lend more credit to all of us. They can't have that image of Jim Bob in his cammo outfit, sporting an extra chromosome, and plinkin' while drinkin'. Especially when we have more well informed, well educated women who just want to protect themselves. That image doesn't fit into the nice little box the gun control socialists have for all pro-2a folks. I would love to see the day when half the gun law protesters on Beacon Hill are women. Especially with the rise in sexual assaults and home invasions, self-defense becomes even more important. I say have a gun range get together and bring lots of friends! I'm actually going to suggest to my club that they host some "ladies nights" where women can come in and not be intimidated by the guys watching how they shoot. It could go a long way and help women feel more comfortable on their first few times shooting. Thoughts?
