SBR question

If your were to get a stamp and build a AR SBR on a postban lower. Would you still be limited to AWB regulations (ie. no collapsable stock, having to pin muzzle device, etc.)?

Look in the NFA subforum, this debate is covered in great detail there, in the faq. Both sides are presented. Obviously the risk averse crowd says you can't use the obvious wallhack.

Ah, good ol' MA. Copying some parts of federal law word for word, but not the definitions that go along with that law.
