I guess the Deputies in the Watertown,NY feel differently, As they already have one arrest on possession of 5 thirty round magazines.

This is what happens when the government turns against it's own people. When evil dictators with too much power arise, the second amendment is there to make sure that something can be done.

I agree that this is a travesty of justice but it is apparently enforcement of the current high cap ban which is the same as the Mass ban as the new law has a grace period.

I don't want to speculate, but I'm guessing that SSG Haddad may have been profiled with regard to type of vehicle, bumper stickers etc. Just having a Ft Drum sticker on his vehicle can make him a marked man to local law enforcement in a GI town, anybody who has served can tell you that.

So he was not only illegally searched, but arrested for a law which isn't even in effect yet?
