San Diego banning DIY rifles

San Diego going all righteous on banning individuals' ability to purchase firearms parts to make their own weapons.

I think they have a better chance of stopping illegal drugs and people than stopping people from making their own firearms. Probably a slew of lawsuits inbound.

Very likely that if Chipman got to head the ATF, this would be something he would try to extend nation wide.
