Saiga 12 legal in RI?

Hi everyone,

I am being deployed in April and I want to know if it is legal for my Dad to have my firearms in RI.

The one I really have questions about is my Saiga 12 that has been converted to pistol grip, has a 16 inch barrel, and a folding and retractable stock. I also have US made 8rd mags.

I know that short barrel shotguns are not allowed in RI so I wanted to make sure that everything else is before I have a barrel extension permanently attached.
