It's only a pilot program in one county WAAAY up north, but it's a start. In a purplish state, no less. Provided the participants can avoid any NDs, it'll probably spread to other counties.

This means MA will see a similar program by 2088! At least!

Interesting that none of the major US sources have run this story yet, at least according to my quick lazy search. I'm sure they're doing their usual due diligence to make sure their facts are right before publishing. [rolleyes]

Actually, the southern end of Weld County is sufficiently close to the Denver metro area that
something like 7% of the population of Colorado now lives in that county. That's a pretty good start!
