Why would you want to educate people when you can just limit magazines to 7 or 10 rounds and guarantee that no one will ever die?

Why do those people go outside then cower next to the building? Keep going. Yes, all bullets can easily reach out to 2 miles but studies have shown that most active shooters tend to first target people within the 1 mile range.

Those heat seaking hollow point penetrating ones will reach out over 2 miles I heard. Only defense against them is complete removal of all constitutional rights.
