I was just curious what the circumstances were surrounding the story... WMUR leaves alot to the imagination in most of their stories. About the dupe; before I linked the story, I checked and didn't see anything. Just curious where the dupe is?

Maine Warden Service and state police troopers were called to a wooded area off Cedar Lane Thursday morning for the report of a despondent man.

They encountered Eric Richard, 46 who was armed. According to Attorney General William Schnieder, an armed confrontation happened between Richard and authorities, and game warden Jeremy Judd fired his weapon, hitting Richard three times.

Richard was an employee of the Rumford Police Department for several years serving as a reserve officer and then as an administrative officer.
