Ruger PC9 First impressions !

Was thinking about getting one, but going to hold off after seeing all the problems hickock had.

I'm beginning to think that hot loaded ammo is causing the bolt to bounce off the buffer to quickly. It seems that his regular federal ammo worked pretty flawlessly.

I've got some hot loaded 9mm that I'm going to try and see if that might be the case.

FWIW, Wolf 9mm ammo worked flawlessly yesterday.

I reversed the mag release button on mine this morning. I'm left handed so having the button on the right side (like an AR) does two things, it negates having to search for it as its the same as the AR which I shoot alot and it also lets me grip the mag while releasing it.
I left the charging handle right as I'm used to shooting the AK also which has its charging handle on the right.

Well built gun and looking forward to any updates/caliber changes if they ever come out with them.
