Ruger Mark III Competition very nice Thank you

Thank you everyone for recommending different stores to find a MKIII Hunter have had no luck until yesterday finding the Ruger MKIII Competition after being told it was not MA compliant 2 weeks ago, oh well happy now took it out today shoots very nice.

I don't think so but they also had a MKIII Hunter, I like the weight and thumb grip on the competition.

Love my MkIII Hunter 5.5". I highly recommend the Hogue grips.
And all the other usual Ruger Mk modifications from Volquatrzen.

I think the grip bolt pattern is the same on all the MK III series.

Exact same one I have, right down to that silly "loaded chamber" lever. God forbid that people develop the habit of manually checking the chamber every time they handle a firearm. Anyhow, you're going to fall and love with that little tack driver.

I have the MKIII Target as well. It's a great gun for plinking and training. My bride sometimes hopes the apocalypse would come so she can use it to hunt squirrels. Apparently that is preferable to moving to Arkansas.
