Ruger 10/22 Hi Cap Mags

May be a silly question, but live in MA and have to ask.

Do I need to find a pre-ban magazine for a Rueger 10/22 if I want a magazine capacity greater than 10 rounds? I assume such animal exists.

Yes, you do, the "tubular" exemption doesn't apply to magazine fed .22s.

That said, they are all over the place. Look for old ramlines and butler creek 25 rounders. (eg, hot lips, steel lips, etc. )
