1993 -Aggravated Battery
1997- Kidnapping
1997- Possession of a conceal weapon
2001 - Heroin possession

2004 - Ended with Kidnapping, rape, and murder of a child

Carlie's abduction captured national attention when police disseminated a videotape from a security camera outside a car wash. The video showed the blonde, blue-eyed girl being led away, with little struggle, by a tattooed man in a blue mechanic's jumpsuit. She was walking from a friend's house and was a half mile from home.

She was 11 years old. :(

Stories like this make my blood boil.

I hope they castrate him with a dull plastic knife, after letting this little girl's family have their way with him.

A nail, a stump, a rusty knife and some fire comes to my mind. You supply the rest yourselves, you know the method.

Either that or "Death by Lethal injection", by way of imprisonment with a big guy with Aids named Bubba. He can be Bubba's wife every night.

I'm not a mother so I don't have any maternal instincts...however...if something like that were to happen to one of my neices or nephew.... I'd become a maniac.

That man DOES NOT deserve to live - in prison or otherwise. Please don't give me the crap about how he'd have everyday of his life to think about why he was there. That doesn't float with me. Not with the way prisons are so f'ing cushy. Cable TV, libraries, gym...give me a break. If you could guarentee me that he'd do HARD LABOR from 6AM to 9PM every damn day until he dropped from a heart attack, the I MIGHT consider that, but only if that went hand in hand with him being kept in a cell with a 250 gorilla named Bubba that liked men.

If that happened to one of my kids you would see me on the news killing the man with my bare hands in the court room. I'll serve the seven years for temp insanity if any jury was coward enough to convict me.

He should be swinging from the business end of a hangman's rope today. Right next to every prosecutor and judge who let him walk the streets when he should have been locked up.

"BUT WE CAN REHABILITATE HIM!!!''

Screw.

That.

If you pull a carton of milk out of you fridge and notice it's a month past it's expiration date, and it's got big chunks of curdled sour milk floating in it, do you...

A. Put it back, thinking it will "get better" over time?
B. Take it out and try to come up with a creative recipe where it might be used as a useful ingredient?
C. Hold your nose, and pour it down the sink immediately?

This piece of crap, like so many of the dregs of society being coddled today by the Lunatic Left, are simply bad milk.

Down the drain with 'em.

End of duscussion.

Derek, I'd never get the chance. Others would beat me to it. And of course, it'd happen AFTER the fistfight, and there'd be women in the fight over who gets to kill the perp.

That whole thing would be something to see on the news.

Hence why I firmly believe more criminals like this need to be shot.

We got him... So now can we just kill him? Charge his family for the bullet? As opposed to costly legal BS?

Bring back the simplicity...

Another reason I wish MA would have approved the death penalty.

... and not just for cop killers!

(fixed the above in case anyone should get confused)

Now, read this whole post, before passing judgement.

I advocate RELEASING Charles Manson. Of course, I figure about 20+ miles from the nearest town, NO LEO's within 50 miles, public notification of the release prior to (especially the family) and NO investigation, should he ever be found dead. NO looking for bullet holes on the corpse, either.

The same could be done for this perp.

And as to the family paying for any ammo? I think they wouldn't complain, but instead be thankful.

Don't you think that with public notification that he would be surrounded by the likes of, Oprah, Michael The Fat Pig Moore, the Hollywood Elite, Cindy Sheehan, Sarah Brady and every other Left Wing Kook organization to ensure his safe passage?
Put a parachute on his back and drop him into downtown Mogadishu.

So, what's wrong with a little collateral damage in this case? Besides, you must be a pistol shooter. I work just a wee bit further out. Already got the proper equiment, too. Bullet Drop Compensated to 1300 meters. Effective to 800 meters.

I'll take door #1, but with this modification: in order to heighten the anticipation, he'd get to wait in line while everybody who engineered is release from the prior major felonies goes first. After all, if it weren't for their assistance ...

That is a PSL, also known as a RomAK 3. I wish I had the $ for a true SVD. The PSL/RomAK 3's work almost as well as the SVD, don't believe the crap about them not being accurate enough. THe detractors don't use the right ammo. I learned that lesson quick. It doesn't like bullets heavier than 150 grain, even 165 and 168 Hollow Points. But with premium 150's, WOW.
