To reduce, from 21 years of age to 18 years of age, the minimum age at which a person may obtain a handgun from a Federal firearms licensee.

It's worth noting once the age was raised to 21 for purchasing handguns, Democrats began calling the fact that one could purchase a rifle at 18 a "loophole."

My thought if you are not responsible, old, or mature enough to have a handgun you should not be able to vote.
