I ain't disagreeing with you there, but be honest, can he overcome the blue-lever pullers?
Good Luck. 99.9% of Massachusetts media work for the Democrats.
But democrats still have to spend 5 to 10X per vote received as Republicans.
Maybe Maura pushed so far left that even the majority of Democrats will vote for an R this time.
Still, MA will never be at a state, in my remaining lifetime for me to ever consider moving back. Not even 3X my current salary as an engineering manager would make it affordable to move back. Love being a single earner married household.

Massachusetts has the homeliest politicians in the country. Mittens is a pos, but, he’s a good looking guy. I know it’s not a beauty contest, which is good news for this guy and Maura for that matter.
Good for him, but, it’s a big ask for another R to get into office in MA. He worked under tall deval, so maybe he has a shot as a RINO. He’ll have to come out and say that trump is a dirtbag and distance himself from him, but it won’t matter.
His website is absolutely devoid of any platforms or positions on basic issues. He probably should have thought about that before going live with his intent to run. I have no clue where this guy stands on any issues other than his firm stances: “economy bad and should be good” and “schools bad and should be more better.”

He's got the stink of Charlie Baker 2.0.....wait til he comes out and rails against Trump and the media loves him.
At least all the horrible pro tax, pro illegal, pro woke, anti gun, anti energy, legislation that the Dem controlled house and senate pass will be miraculously labelled by the media as bipartisan.
He’s not “anti-gun” he’s for “common sense gun laws to protect children.”
And he was a developer who I’m sure has tons of stories of immigrant dreamers who worked for him over the years only seeking a better life and he totally wasn’t paying them under the table and they definitely weren’t on welfare while hiding their income.
And his son once told him that he liked dolls, so he understands the plight of the alphabets because one of his kids may or may not be a tranny.
And it’s not a tax if you’re wealthy. It’s called paying your fair share!

It's just reality, my friend. In MA a moderate Republican has a slim chance of winning a statewide seat; a conservative Republican has zero chance of winning a statewide seat. The electorate is very liberal and thus Healey is popular. And even if a Republican could win the governor's office, the Democrats still hold a veto-proof majority in the legislature.
