Rep adding does not work?

I wanted to add a point to the member's repytation, but found out that this function does not work. What happened?

"Does not work" means I click on the scale symbol without any effect. It is a recent thing, as just several hours ago I had used successfully.

Might be something messed up with your browser. Try closing and restarting it.

Are you clicking on the scale? That does not work. Try clicking on the little symbol at the bottom of the users ID. There's the green dot, (which is grey when the user is offline) and the symbol right next to it - just before the "warning" symbol...
