Remington Arms .22 Octagon Barrel ID Help

Hey all,

I was wondering if you guys could help me ID this rifle. From what I've read it seems most likely it's a Model 4, but I can't find any information about the tiger striped stock. The barrel length is 22". Serial# is 119xxx.

It's hard to believe that stock came from the factory. Maybe somebody got hold of a nice piece of wood and decided to re-stock their favorite gun?
