Remington 870 question - Removing Fore-End from Rails

Hi all,

I recently bought a Remington 870 shotgun. I also ordered a Surefire light to go with it.

I was disassembling the shotgun yesterday and could not figure out how to remove the factory fore-end from the rails so I can mount the new Surefire light. Can anyone point me to a tutorial?

I also had some trouble reassembling the gun. I finally got it, though. Thank goodness for youtube videos [laugh]

There's a recessed nut in the front of the forend, part number 29 in the diagram below:

It takes a special tool, available at Brownells or MidwayUSA, or I'll bet someone on here has one you can use if you're close. If you're close to SoNH, you can always use mine.
 
You can also use needle-nose pliers, which worked perfectly for me on my 870. This video gives a good demonstration:
