Penny Deal hands down

Nappen is wicked expensive and after the NJ shenanigans I'm a little wary

Penny charges Massachusetts rates. I've heard she charged $5K for conceal carry license cases back when NH wasn't true shall issue. IIRC a member here used her and while he won his case, he had some seriously hefty bills.

I'd recommend Seth Hipple.
