A client bought a Randall at a gun show and wanted some upgrades. I convinced him to let me work on it, but try to keep the original Randall as if it were built today. The Randall was the first all stainless 1911. They were originally made as a military gun with hopes for a South Korean contract. Alas they only were in business for a few short years around 1983. I made a few upgrades keeping "cheap" in mind. I replaced the loose trigger, the FLGR with a standard GI setup and an EGW bushing. The MSH was changed to a flat serrated and the front strap was cut to match. The sights are black and the slide flat topped for a fast sight picture. The grips are Magpul. I kept the original hammer, grip and thumb safeties. The " Service Pistol" rollmarks had to be recut. The sear and disco are barstock.

Love my Randall. It's crazy accurate and built to really close tolerances.

Nice job, Greg!
