i was buying a bottle of booze the other day and the talk show announcer was cutting off the caller on the station when the guy started saying that he felt as if we weren't getting the whole story on the bombing while this whole manhunt was going on. i was like "hm, that's interesting", but then went back to selecting my bottle of vodka.

...which is already gone. nothing better than making that scanner feed more interesting with the aid of alcohol!

But they'll show gratuitous, wanton, and graphic violence on network TV. I was a little shocked how graphic the series Hannibal is for being on NBC.

Can't allow a swear word or drug/weapon reference though on the radio. No way, no how! But songs about teenage sex and underage drinking are a-ok
