question regarding belt feeding device help!

I am in a quandry regarding the legality of belts in massachusetts and our awb.

Let me see if i can get this straight, the only high capacity feeding devices legal in mass are ones that were allready in state before the awb. Nothing can now be sent to mass that is high capacity but does this unclude belts? I would think it does as it is a feeding device.

If the belt was made before Sept 1994 (pre ban)then it is legal in this state. If it was made after 1994 then it is not legal in this state. You can bring pre ban mags and belts into this state just not post ban mags and belts. Alot of companys don't want to send high cap mags to this state because they have a hard time trying to figure our laws out and demed it better if they don't deal with use at all, then they can't get in trouble.

thanks for the heads up, i thought to be mass legal high caps would have had to be in this state prior to the 94 ban?
