question 4 on LTC application

im filling out my application now...just took my LTC-020 class yesterday and plan to file my application this week. i got to question 4 and cant find what i need. when i was younger (only 23 now) i was found guilty of driving on a suspended liscence...is it a felony or misdemeanor? i have searched and even read here

to sum it up:$500 to 1,000 fine; imprisoned for not more than 10 days; Second and subsequent offense; 60 days to one year in prison, possible extension of suspension for 60 days or, for second offense, for one year.

i should be ok to answer no to questions 4, 6 and 7 correct?

A violation of MGL 90-23 is a misdemeanor.

Question 4 would be "no".

Question 6 would be a "no", unless:

1. Your license was revoked at the time due to being a HTO; or
2. Your license was suspended at the time due to a previous OUI.

Question 7 would be a "no", unless:

1. Your license was suspended at the time due to a previous OUI.

Question 10 would be a "yes", regardless.
