Well I traded my truck in and pulled this tuner out. I paid $300+ for this.
I forget the model number but it has 3 setting that can be changed on the fly. I think they are 50-65 HP, 100 HP, and 150 HP. I do not remember the added torque for each setting but it might be 90/150/250.
Install is as simple as unplugging a couple plugs on the engine and putting these between them run the wire to the cab and put switch someplace.
This is for a 2003 dodge ram 2500/3500 with Cummins turbo diesel, I think it also works on the 2004s but I will have to check.
Will take $150 p/u in Peabody or I can ship for $5
