Hole-up. I missed this part. This wasn't a DC decision but a Bastard Field Office decision????? So now not only can we have HCM's legal in CA but not MA or IL due to a circuit-court decisions, but now we can have a field office make an arbitrary nation-wide decision????

call that her priorities would be pistol braces and 80% lower​

receivers.​

I guess a pistol with a rifled barrel is now a rifle.
