Are there any public shooting areas in New Hampshire? I'm talking about public land that anyone can go to and practice without being a member. I know there's some out on the West coast, but I haven't heard of any out this way![[sad]](/xen/styles/default/xenforo/smilies.vb/004.gif "Sad [sad]")

Although I can't answer your question formally, I have driven by sandpit right off the "highway" (in NH that's a road wider than 15') and seen people shooting informally. These looked like private property pits, but I don't even know what towns they were in. I was just driving back from Weare, NH to Boston, MA on back roads.
I'd recommend also asking around at local (to you) gun shops.
