First, the answer is "No" as a general position, as Clubs are not businesses. If it's not for the benefit of the members they don't do it.
Second, the Businesses mentioned above are not 24/7 as the number of walk-ins at 3:00 AM would not justify the staff costs.
Third, in the PRM, the business model that has evolved over time is what you have, now.
Solution: If you can't float 100-150 a year for Club membership, you will have to shoot VERY little at a pay-to-play place, because of the hourly fees. List your general location, and you will get good suggestions.
My Club is $100/year. That's $2/week. Indoor range 24/7 with any non-magnum pistol calibers being OK. Plus, if you need expertise, there's another Member that will help you. My kid and I are on the Gallery Pistol team......we both are noobs (it's NOT my sport, and I have the targets to prove it!
