Public Range in Weare NH

Does anyone have the skinny on the range at/near the town dump? I will be up there on and off this summer at the in-laws and I'd like to do some shooting. I took a ride down the road towards the dump last weekend but didn't find it. Also heard you have to sign a waver at the PD...is this right?

The range is behind the dump, you go straight instead of turning up to the trash compactor, then around the buildings to the left.

Stop by the PD during business hours to fill out the paper work.

Perfect...thanks for the info. Is it safe to assume this a "no-frills" range (e.g., no target stands, etc.)?
