What a joke that really isn't a joke. The next law that should be proposed is that all car sales will have to go through a dealer also. Automobiles are deadly weapons too. Just ask Barry O's and Teddy K's victims families. No more simply selling a vehicle to your kid, relative, or neighbor without paying an additional fee to some low life RAT who sits on a perch all day.
