What websites do you use to track?

Last night i heard a guy on the 2M Hudson Repeater transmitting from the Northern Vermont border. Someone chimed in that if you look at the propagation map you could see a band extending through VT and NH.

Your best bet is to monitor the DXCLUSTER and watch. Stations report who they hear or have contacted and you can see the DX happening. Texas reporting Maine, Florida reporting Pennsylvania, etc. YOu know the paths that are open. You have to be quick as the paths come and go during an opening.

The map is generated by the DXCLUSTER activity.
Here is the link. It is fully customizable

Very cool map. Japan is open to the US on 15 meters and it's not showing up. I tried adding a spot to see if it would pick it up. I'm going to have to play with this thing.

QRZ.com gives you a an idea at the top of the page how the bands are doing. I have since received my general and pretty much stay on 20m which is GTG almost all the time.
